Overview

All products sold through The Birches Therapy are digital downloads (including audio recordings, worksheets, and PDF resources) and are delivered instantly upon purchase.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

No Refunds on Digital Products

Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been provided, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This includes, but is not limited to:

Downloadable audio recordings

Digital therapy bundles

PDFs, worksheets, and workbooks

Any instant-access digital resources

This policy is in place because digital products cannot be returned, revoked, or resold once accessed.

Consumer Rights (UK Digital Content)

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

You are purchasing digital content

Delivery is instant

You waive your 14-day cooling-off period once the download or access begins, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations

Faulty or Inaccessible Files

If you experience any of the following issues:

A file does not download correctly

A file is corrupted

You cannot access the content due to a technical error

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will be happy to:

Re-send the file

Provide an alternative download link

Resolve the issue promptly
