What Is Thought Field Therapy

Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is a therapeutic technique used to help emotional and physical problems. This method has been developed over the last thirty-five years by California psychologist, Dr. Roger Callahan.

Thought Field Therapy can be used for a variety of specific problems, such as;

This is a fun and dynamic technique in which we use to complement other therapy techniques. TFT is very effective and is a great technique to use when experiencing anxiety, distress or low moods. TFT allows you to reset, calm your mind and feel at ease.
